Mailhandlers is a division of Intercity Communications Ltd.

Mailhandlers was formed many years ago to complement the services we already offered thus making our service a ‘one stop shop’.

We operate six Becks wrapping machines along with a mechanical envelope insertion machine.

We can supply labels – printed envelopes and carrier sheets as required. We can personalise all mail items using technologies such as inkjet and digital lasering machines. 

We can enclose by hand or machine.  Material will be inserted to client's specifications. 

 Data Processing – in processing your data we use software that checks your addresses for embarrassing common faults such as duplicate records, deceased records, gone away records and capitalisation errors. Our services are as follows:

  • PAF (Postcode Address File)

  • Deceased Suppression 'This is only available to Consumer address records.'

  • GAS (Gone Away Suppression)  'This is only available to Consumer address records.'

  • NCOA (National Change of Address) 'This is only available to Consumer address records.'

  • MPS (Mailing Preference Service) 'This service is strongly recommended by the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) '

Printing – we are able to provide all laser printing and all types of full colour printing from our own in house printers. This also enables us to print personalized letters – envelopes – invites and postcards. A personalized mail shot gives the recipient a sense of professionalism that normally results in higher response rates.
