Do they always collect within 15 - 20 minutes?	We aim to collect within 15 - 20 minutes of your call (in Central London / West End & City).
Do they always let you know if there's a delay?	Should there be a delay for any reason we will tell you as early as possible and keep you informed of any developments
Do your deliveries go directly to their destination?	We would only ever "Double up" jobs in extreme circumstances (for instance in the event of rescuing a broken down driver - if another rider is passing by and any delay to the journey is minimal).
If you have any queries or a problem - do you get a prompt response and straight answers?	We aim to answer your questions as soon as viably possible, with straight forward answers.


PRICES FOR BIKES


Do you have a price list - Do you know what you will pay for any journey?	We can provide quotes for any journey. NO VARIATIONS - all prices / distances are fixed in our extensive Database
Are waiting time charges excessive - Are they authorized and signed for?	We obtain signature's for any waiting time incurred.
Do you know how the prices you pay are structured - Do you pay TOO MUCH for the journeys outside the West End & City?	We have a minimum charge which includes the first two miles of the journey and a fixed rate per mile thereafter. There are no "hidden steps" built in to offset very cheap "loss leader" prices in the central area.
