| Do they always collect within 15 - 20 minutes? | We aim to collect within 15 - 20 minutes of your call (in Central London / West End & City). |
| Do they always let you know if there's a delay? | Should there be a delay for any reason we will tell you as early as possible and keep you informed of any developments |
| Do your deliveries go directly to their destination? | We would only ever "Double up" jobs in extreme circumstances (for instance in the event of rescuing a broken down driver - if another rider is passing by and any delay to the journey is minimal). |
| If you have any queries or a problem - do you get a prompt response and straight answers? | We aim to answer your questions as soon as viably possible, with straight forward answers. |

| Do you have a price list - Do you know what you will pay for any journey? | We can provide quotes for any journey. NO VARIATIONS - all prices / distances are fixed in our extensive Database |
| Are waiting time charges excessive - Are they authorized and signed for? | We obtain signature's for any waiting time incurred. |
| Do you know how the prices you pay are structured - Do you pay TOO MUCH for the journeys outside the West End & City? | We have a minimum charge which includes the first two miles of the journey and a fixed rate per mile thereafter. There are no "hidden steps" built in to offset very cheap "loss leader" prices in the central area. |
